First Amendment

Most of you know that I am a conlaw kind of freak. I believe in the first amendment - that is, until someone says something that I completely disagree with. Which brings me to two issues:

1. Howard K - honestly he's hired a lawyer to protect him from all people who even think that he murdered Anna and her son? Please. Fox News, another network that should be silenced, reported that the attorney is going to attempt to pierce the cerebellum. Which is pretty funny but I truly think they meant it.

2. Imus - do I think the Rutgers players play dirty ball? Sure. Too many tattoos? maybe (said the woman with 10). But to bring it down to the level of racism? WTF? He needs to retire - 10 years ago.
